If you cannot join us in person, why not join us from the comfort of your own home? Here we offer a multitude of workouts live or via our online channel, with little or no equipment needed. Just you and your body! If you miss the session live, don't worry, you will still have access to catch up with us on demand at any time.

All workouts include a warm up and cool down to prevent injury, and you are always guided through the technique of each exercise - allowing you to feel safe and confident during your home workouts.

Fit Mix - (Live Mon 9.00am) - A whole body workout targeting all areas of your fitness. Core, cardio, resistance & stretching.

60+ Fit Club - (Live Mon 2pm) - Fun, varied & low impact with NO floor work! You don't have to be over 60 to enjoy this workout.

High Intensity Training - (Live Tues 6.00pm) - Basic fitness recommended. Get ready to sweat and push your body to the next level.

Upper Body Attack - (Live Weds 6.00pm) - A pure focus on upper body and core strength. No weights? No problem! Some tins of beans, or a rucksack will do!

Legs, Bums and Tums - (Live Thurs 9am) - Feel the burn, burn some calories and target those stubborn areas.

Stretch & Tone - (Live Fri 11am) - Low key, perfect for stressful days. Lengthen, loosen, mobilise & stabilise, with gentle toning.
