As the kids embark on a new school year, with new goals and targets,
WHAT ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?

The summer is now at a close, so let's question what we're doing to hit our goals. Join the campaign to help you set your targets and how you're going to get there!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Complete a form in class to record your goals, and the steps you will take in the coming weeks, to make them happen by the end of 2019!

Make your weight loss & fitness goals SPECIFIC - Eg:

An event you want to feel great for - (holiday/ wedding/ party).

An exercise move you want to confidently perform - (jump box, lift).

An outfit you want to feel comfortable in - (dress/ jeans).

A hike or race you want to complete - (5k run/ dragon boat paddle).

Make your steps REALISTIC and SUSTAINABLE - Eg:

Attend a min of 2 fitness classes per week - (Gold Pass to stay motivated).

Drink more water & less alcohol - (use large bottle to monitor intake).

Go for a daily 15 minute walk - (to de-stress and increase step count).

Mindful eating - (use MyFitnessPal app to track calorie intake).

Stay accountable - (take progress photos/ check in with a Body Analysis).
